Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from Asma Hamid. If you are not completely happy, this policy explains how to return an item. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. To cancel, tell us clearly by emailing mirzahamid536@gmail.com with your order number. You must then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

2. Condition of returns

  • Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • You may handle an item as you would in a shop to check it, but we may reduce your refund if the item has been used or damaged beyond that.
  • For hygiene reasons, sealed items can only be returned if the seal has not been broken, unless they are faulty.

3. How to return an item

  1. Email us at mirzahamid536@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely and send them to:

  3. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to confirm. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you providing proof that you have sent them). Refunds are made to your original payment method and include the standard delivery charge you originally paid (but not any extra cost for a premium delivery option you chose).

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage costs. You have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
