Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the website for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and natural or handmade items (such as bamboo or ceramic products) may have small variations in size, finish or pattern.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Your order and our contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud; in that case we will refund any payment in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery is explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as explained in our Refund Policy. If goods are faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for business losses.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or strikes. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
