Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer.

2. Processing time

Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery times

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; occasional delays can happen during busy periods or because of the courier.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-delivery offers will be clearly shown on our website and at checkout.

5. Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation, including tracking details where available.

6. Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will put it right. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please let us know so we can investigate with the courier.

7. Incorrect address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
